It is specially designed and engineered to heat the air flowing from the air blower for outdoor or indoor pools, spas, and whirlpool tubs.
Its operation is based on heating the air flowing through the heating element. The required temperature of the heated air is set using an adjustable capillary thermostat with a range of 0–70 °C, located on the heater control box.
Upon request, the unit can be equipped with an electronic thermostat. The heating element is switched by a contactor, which is not included with the EOV heater. The switching contactor is supplied separately in the control system, together with other necessary control components. The switching contactor is controlled by the thermostat mentioned above.
The heater is additionally protected by a thermal fuse set to switch off at 75 °C. If this thermal fuse trips, it indicates a heater fault and a qualified technician must be called to inspect the entire system and determine the cause of overheating.

Principle of Electric Heating Operation

When heating starts, electrical energy is consumed and the titanium coil built into the long tube begins to generate heat.
The flowing water from the pool absorbs this heat and, once heated, returns back to the pool.
