Electric Heater EOVk-6, 6 kW 400 V, Stainless Steel, with Electric Flow Valve
The electric flow-through heater is designed for heating water in swimming pools and whirlpool baths. Its operation consists of heating the flowing water through the heating body, with the temperature of the heated water set by a control thermostat. The heating element is switched by a contactor controlled by the above-mentioned thermostat and a safety flow indicator. For this reason, the heater requires so-called “large automation” - a 24-hour filtration timer, residual current device (protection against dangerous touch voltage), motor thermal protection, contactor, and heater switch.
The pool electric flow water heater EOVk is specially designed by its construction for heating pool water or water in other water circuits with flow and temperature up to 40 °C. The heater must be installed in the electrical system behind a residual current device. We therefore recommend supplementing the unit with a suitable type of automatic control.
Each EOVk electric heater:
- uses the conversion of electrical energy into thermal energy
- is made of high-quality stainless steel with a TITANIUM additive, AISI 316
- is made of high-quality PVC (EOVp type)
- has a heating cartridge made of stainless Incoloy 800 material with a TITANIUM additive, ensuring the highest quality
- is 100% leak-tested
- can be connected to the water circuit via a 1.5" thread, 50 mm hose, or 50 mm solvent welding
- is equipped with a thermostat up to 40 °C and a thermal fuse
- is equipped with a flow switch that monitors water flow
- is equipped with 2 brackets for easy mounting
- EOVk is identical to the EOV type, only the water flow through the unit is detected by a flow switch

Principle of Operation of the Electric Heater
When the heater is switched on, electrical energy is consumed and
the titanium coil built into the long tube begins to generate heat.
The flowing water from the pool absorbs this heat and returns heated back into the pool.
