Electric flow-through heaters are designed to heat water in pools and hot tubs. They work by heating the water as it passes through the heating element, with the water temperature controlled by an adjustable thermostat. The heating element is switched by a contactor, which is controlled by the thermostat and a safety flow sensor. For this reason, the heater requires so-called “full automation” - a 24-hour filtration timer, residual current device (protection against dangerous touch voltage), motor thermal protection, contactor, and heating switch. The entire heating unit is made of stainless titanium material (for salt water) or plastic.
The pool electric flow-through water heater EOVnTi is specially designed for heating pool water or water in other circulation systems with a flow rate and temperature up to 40°C. Each heater must be installed in the electrical system behind a residual current device. We therefore recommend supplementing the unit with a suitable type of automatic control, which will reliably ensure not only the desired comfort, but also operator safety.
