    The tester is used to test chlorine and the pH value of pool water. To keep your pool water crystal clear, using a tester is essential. For the health safety of the pool water and the proper function of all treatment products, the pH value must be maintained in the range of 7.0 to 7.4. If the measured value is outside the recommended range, adjust the water using pool chemicals. First adjust the pH value (pH+ or pH-), and then adjust the chlorine level (only increase it - if the chlorine level is too high, do not lower it; it will decrease on its own after a few days). The DPD tester works on the principle of visual comparison with a color scale next to the sample chambers. After adding the Cl / pH tablet to the chamber, the water changes color, and based on the result, the Cl / pH values in the pool need to be adjusted.
