Maxi-Flo 75 kW Heat Exchanger
The Maxi-Flo heat exchangers are specially designed for heating pool water or water in hot tubs. This all-stainless-steel exchanger is especially advantageous when heating water with a gas boiler or another boiler, or with solar collectors. We recommend equipping every installed exchanger with suitable automatic control, which reliably ensures safe and convenient operation. The Maxi-Flo and Hi-Flow heat exchanger transfers heat from the source to the medium where it is used.

Connecting the Maxi-Flo Exchanger to the Filtration and Heating Circuit
For connection to the secondary circuit with pool water, the 2" internal thread is used.
A brass threaded fitting with a PVC end piece must be connected to it, into which a 50 mm pipe is then glued.
Because of the exchanger’s high temperatures, do not use a PVC threaded fitting, but a brass one; otherwise the thread may loosen and water may leak out!For connection to the primary circuit with heating water, the 1" internal thread is used.
Use the included mounting parts to attach the exchanger to the wall.
