  • Maxi-Flo 60 kW Heat Exchanger

    Maxi-Flo heat exchangers are specially designed for heating pool water or water in hot tubs. This all-stainless-steel heat exchanger is especially advantageous when heating water with a gas or other boiler, or with solar collectors. We recommend supplementing each installed exchanger with suitable automatic control, which reliably ensures safe and convenient operation. Maxi-Flo and Hi-Flow heat exchangers transfer heat from the source to the medium where it is used.

    Connecting the Maxi-Flo Heat Exchanger to the Filtration and Heating Circuit

    The secondary circuit connection with pool water is via the 1 1/2" internal thread.
    A brass union with a PVC end piece must be connected to it, into which a 50 mm pipe is then glued.
    Because of the exchanger’s high temperatures, do not use a PVC union—use a brass one, otherwise the thread may loosen and water may leak out!

    The primary circuit connection with heating water is via the 1" internal thread.

    Use the supplied mounting parts to fix the exchanger to the wall.
