OVB Ti-R 500 Heat Exchanger, 150 kW
OVB-TI-R heat exchangers are designed primarily for swimming pool applications. Their construction focuses on improving heat transfer conditions. This is achieved by using a three-pass tube bundle, which ensures better use of the heat source. Heat transfer intensity is further increased by the use of ribbed tubes, which raise the flow velocity along the walls. OVB-TI-R heat exchangers are made of titanium. Titanium is one of the most durable materials, which means these heat exchangers can also be used for salt water or other aggressive media.

Connecting the OVB Heat Exchanger to the Filtration and Heating Circuit
The secondary circuit connection for pool water uses the internal 1 1/2" thread.
A brass union with a PVC end piece must be connected to it, into which a 50 mm pipe is then
glued. Due to the high temperatures of the heat exchanger, do not use PVC unions – the thread may loosen and water may leak out!The primary circuit connection for heating water uses the internal 3/4" thread.
To mount the heat exchanger on the wall, use the included mounting parts.
