The tester is used to measure free (active) chlorine in pool water.

Instructions for use
- Rinse the tester chambers with the water you are about to test.
- Fill it to the mark with the water being tested (from the pool).
- Chlorine test - add one DPD No.1 tablet. Do not touch the tablet with your fingers.
- Put the cap on the test chambers and shake repeatedly.
- After a while (once the DPD tablet has fully dissolved), compare the resulting color with the CL scale. Recommended value: Cl - 0.5 mg/l
- To determine total and free chlorine, DPD No.3 tablets are required.
- Note: Water should be collected 20-30 cm below the surface and 20-30 cm from the pool edge. The chlorine test shows whether there is enough chlorine in the pool to destroy bacteria and algae.
- Important: Carry out the tests in the shade and early in the morning or late in the evening, before adding chemicals. Store the tester in a dark, cool place. Keep the test chambers clean and dry. At the start of a new season, always use new test solutions.
