Aseko ASIN Aqua Oxygen VS Dosing Station
Dosing system for comprehensive pool water treatment. Thanks to 4 dosing pumps, OXYPURE, pH-, Algicide and FLOC+C can be dosed simultaneously, ensuring crystal-clear water. ASIN Aqua OXYGEN doses FLOC+C continuously using a special low-speed PP10 pump. Asin Aqua Oxygen is a compact unit consisting of a control unit, a pH measuring electrode and four dosing pumps with an output of 60 ml/min. Chemical values are displayed on the built-in touchscreen. The Asin Aqua Oxygen automation systems are also standardly equipped with an auxiliary relay for connecting pool filtration with an input of up to 1.4 kW and a temperature sensor for monitoring and displaying the water temperature in the pool. The unit can also be installed on existing older filtration systems that do not yet have any dosing automation.

Connecting the measured water
The pool water intended for measurement must be connected to the ASIN AQUA Oxygen. Connect the measured water inlet after the pump, before the filter and the ZPM coagulation mixer. The shut-off valve is placed in a DN50 plug with G1/4" thread, glued into the T-piece. For connecting the measured water to your ASIN AQUA Oxygen, Aseko provides a unique Speedfit connection fitting. To connect, push the connecting pipe into the Speedfit connector and then secure it by pulling on the tube. To disconnect, press and hold the circular collet and pull out the connecting pipe.
WARNING: use a sharp knife to prepare the pipe ends (included in the delivery).
Using scissors or pliers deforms the end of the tube and leads to leaks.WARNING: tighten by hand only. Do not use pliers or other tools.
- To ensure leak-tight joints, make pipe cuts at a 90° angle.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the plastic. The cut must be clean and smooth.
- Connect the water inlet to the measured water filter connection and the outlet to the connection on the
probe tank. Make sure the pressure of the measured water does not exceed 1.5 bar. - The outlet from the tank can be made:
- after filtration
- to a pressureless system (overflow tank)
