Griffon UNI-100 PVC Adhesive with Brush 250 ml
For bonding pressure-resistant joints of pressure pipes (e.g. drinking water piping) with PVC-U fittings.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Shake the Griffon adhesive thoroughly before use. Using the brush, apply a continuous and even layer of adhesive in the longitudinal direction to both clean and dry surfaces (apply a thinner layer at the socket and a thicker layer at the end of the pipe). Insert the pipes and fitting all the way in, without twisting the bonded parts, and hold for a few seconds. The bonded parts must be inserted within 4 minutes from the start of adhesive application. Temperatures above +25 °C or a thinner adhesive layer shorten the open working time. Do not mechanically load the joint for 5 minutes after bonding. At temperatures below +10 °C, this time is extended to 15 minutes. We recommend lowering the bonded piping into the trench no earlier than after 10–12 hours. Approximate time interval before pressure testing: 1 hour per 1 bar.

- Store the adhesive at temperatures from 5 °C to 25 °C.
