The SkyPool filtration unit with a top-mounted TOP control valve and a single-phase self-priming P-XPERT pump with a coarse dirt strainer, with a transparent lid, mounted on a base. The SkyPool filtration unit can be used for water circulation in swimming pools, ponds, spas, and whirlpools. Sand filters work on the natural principle of water filtration. Water passes through the layer of sand, which traps fine impurities. Naturally, the sand becomes clogged over time and needs to be backwashed, which is what the five-way valve is used for. By turning the valve to the sand washing position, we change the direction of water flow and flush the trapped dirt into the waste outlet. This process can be repeated throughout the entire service life of the sand, which is very long compared to other filtration methods. Connection for hoses with a diameter of 38 mm. The package includes a pressure gauge, water drain, and air release valve.
The delivery does not include filter media (sand, zeolite).
