PVC Fitting - Coupling 90 mm x 3" int., DN=90 mm, solvent weld / female thread

This PVC-U pressure fitting is suitable for piping in filtration systems for swimming ponds, pools, ornamental ponds, fish farming tanks, and similar applications. The female-threaded coupling is designed to transition from a threaded connection to a standard PVC pipe or flexible hose. It is most commonly used to connect equipment with an external thread. Under no circumstances should the threaded connection be glued. Use Teflon tape or sealing thread to seal the joint.

Before gluing, all joints must be thoroughly cleaned. Use Tangit or Griffon. Apply a thin layer of Tangit or Griffon adhesive to both the fitting and the pipe, then press the parts together. Allow to dry for at least 5 minutes. Pool adhesives cure in 10–12 hours.
