Oase SeDox Speed 9.6 kg - phosphate binder

SeDox Speed converts phosphate, the most important nutrient for algae, in the water into insoluble mineral apatite, thereby depriving algae of nutrients. It is particularly gentle on plants and animals and works naturally thanks to microorganisms. SeDox Speed is the best solution for critical cases where rapid action is required. In terms of placement, it is best located as close as possible to the water flow, for example: filters, artificial streams, etc. This helps prevent excessive algae growth. SeDox Speed should be used regularly, i.e. every 6-8 weeks. After this period, the active ingredient breaks down in the water. During the six weeks while SeDox Speed is effective, the phosphate content is reduced to below 0.035 mg/l, which is the critical level for excessive algae growth. During the 6-8 weeks while the substance is effective, SeDox Speed must not be removed from the pond. Otherwise, the phosphate content cannot be reduced to below 0.035 mg/l. The resulting apatite is not harmful to fish or other living organisms. It is absorbed as a nutrient through the roots of aquatic plants. Store in a cool, dry place and protect from frost.
