  • Liquid spray that removes limescale, calcium deposits, organic particles, oil residues, and other impurities that clog filters. Filter Cleaner helps improve filter efficiency, increases flow rate, and therefore also improves water quality.

    Use: Filter Cleaner is suitable for sand, silica, and cartridge filters, as well as filtration systems with a filter insert.

    Application for sand filters: Close the sand filtration system, or remove all dosing devices if applicable. Close the bottom drain and set the filtration system to the "Backwash" position. With the pump running, slowly pour 200 to 300 ml of Filter Cleaner into the skimmer over 15 to 20 seconds. Keep the pump running for at least 5 more minutes. Set the filtration system to normal operation: 10 seconds in the "Rinse" position, then set the valve to the "Filter" position. Of course, stop the pump before switching the valve each time!!!

    Application for filter inserts: Remove the filter insert from the housing and spray Filter Cleaner from top to bottom. Leave the product to work for at least 5 minutes. As soon as the product stops foaming, rinse the insert thoroughly with a strong stream of clean water.

    Application for silica filters: Remove the filter body from the housing, spray the outside with Filter Cleaner, and leave it to work for about 5 minutes. As soon as the product stops foaming, rinse the body thoroughly with a strong stream of clean water.

    Application for cartridge filters: Spray Filter Cleaner onto the cartridge insert, leave it to work for about 5 minutes, and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

    Do not mix with other chemicals, and we recommend reading the instructions for use carefully before application.
