Due to the use of water heating and disinfectants, for example, the water alkalinity may decrease, which can subsequently cause pH fluctuations. The recommended alkalinity of pool water is 80 - 175 g/m3 CaCO3. It represents the total amount of basic substances dissolved in the water that prevent sudden changes in pH. The optimal total alkalinity ranges from 80 to 120 mg/l and affects the effectiveness of disinfection, pH adjustment, the formation of precipitates from various water components, and corrosion of metal parts.

Instructions for Use
- Ideal pH value: 7.0 - 7.4
- Optimal alkalinity: 80 - 120 mg/l (ppm). (minimum 0.7 mmol/l = approx. 70 mg/l)
- 240 g of product will increase alkalinity in 10 m3 by approx. 0.35 mmol/l. (0.35 mmol = 35 ppm (mg/l))
- Pour the measured amount of product along the pool walls directly into the water. At the same time, continuously check the alkalinity and pH values. In general, hard water requires a higher dose of the product, while soft water requires a lower dose.
- Never mix with other chemical products!
- Store in closed original packaging and protect from direct sunlight during storage and transport.
