Aseko Ventil BESGO - 5-way backwash valve Ø75 mm, connection spacing 270 mm
The BESGO valve is a pneumatic valve designed for backwashing the filter tank (5-way design). The valve is switched, i.e. opened, by water pressure from the line or by means of an air compressor. Closing is then handled automatically by a spring.
A major advantage of these valves is maximum operational safety; the position can be changed even when the filter pump is running, however it is always better and safer to operate the valve without water flow. Besgo valves can be used as an alternative to a 6-way valve.
In the event of a power failure, the valve automatically switches back to the "FILTRATION" position, so there is no risk of it getting stuck in an intermediate position or of accidental draining of water from the pool, as can happen in the case of mechanical damage to automatic 6-way valves.
