Dosing Pump Aseko PP10 PRO (12V) 0.6 l/h
A high-performance, high-quality peristaltic pump with an output of 10 ml/min, suitable for dosing pool chemicals. Usable for pressures up to 1 bar. The PP10 peristaltic pump is suitable for pumping aggressive chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and disinfectants, especially for pool water treatment. The installation location must be chosen so that there is at least 40 cm of free space on all sides and the height above the floor is max. 150 cm. Use the screws included in the package for mounting.

Connecting the injection valves
and dosing chemicals- Connect the FLOC+C INJECTION VALVE to the piping before the coagulation mixer and filtration, and after the WATER INLET.
- Connect the ALGICIDE, pH-, pH+ and CHLOR PURE or OXY PURE INJECTION VALVE to the piping after filtration and after the WATER OUTLET. Connect the injection valves in this order to prevent limescale formation. To connect the dosing chemicals to your PP60 / PP10 PRO, use the 1/4“ 10 m connecting tubing included in the package.
- CONNECTING THE CANISTERS Drill a hole with a diameter of 6.35 mm and 1 mm (suction) into the canister cap. Thread the tubing through the cap. Choose the tubing length so that it reaches the bottom of the canister and can be connected to the pump by the most direct route possible. Longer tubing inside the canister will bend and create air bubbles. Attach the suction strainer (canister weight) to the tubing.
- CONNECTING THE PUMPS Connect the pump suction on the left to the canister, and connect the pump discharge on the right to the injection valve. Connect the canister with ALGICIDE, pH- and CHLOR PURE or OXY PURE using PP60. Connect the FLOC+C canister using PP10.
- CONNECTING THE INJECTION VALVES Thread the tubing through the nut, slide the tubing onto the injection valve, and tighten the nut firmly by hand.
