Pool solar collectors significantly extend your swimming season at almost zero cost. (When connected to the filtration circuit.) They are made from specially treated polymer to ensure resistance to UV radiation, frost, extreme air pollution, and oxidation. They are also resistant to pool chemicals. They can be installed on both existing pools and newly built pools, on the roof of a family house or garage, or in the garden.
For better efficiency, choose the right location so that the panels receive as much sunlight as possible. The ideal installation position is facing southwest at an angle of 15–30° from the horizontal. The solar panel has almost no pressure loss, and each SC panel is tested to withstand 2.5 bar.
The solar heating system consists of interconnected collectors arranged in a series. Heating efficiency is directly proportional to the total area of the installed collectors. It is recommended that the minimum area be approximately 60% of the pool water surface area (at a depth of 120–150 cm and with suitable pool cover). These collectors are connected directly into the circulation circuit (i.e. without a heat exchanger), so heating efficiency is very high.

Solar panels are supplied separately, or in sets of 1 to 10 panels, together with the necessary accessories for connecting the panels and linking them to the water circuit. Additional accessories, such as fastening straps and eyelets, are not included in the sets.
Heating regulation and control can be done manually, i.e. by closing or opening the relevant valve, or by using an automatic controller that allows maximum use of solar energy depending on the temperature difference between the pool water and the collectors. When using fully automatic operation, the solar system must be supplemented with a differential temperature controller and an electric valve. On the controller, we set the desired pool water temperature, and it takes care of opening and closing the valve.
