POOLSEL® Pool Sea Salt 25 kg
Sea salt contains a higher percentage of marine minerals such as sodium, magnesium, calcium, and iodine. It is used as a chlorine alternative for disinfecting your pool water. For this purpose, a salt chlorinator / chlorinator must be installed, which electrolytically breaks down the sea salt. It contains a range of minerals specific to the given region that are not found in other salt.
For proper disinfection in your pool, use only certified salt recommended by the chlorinator manufacturer and compliant with the requirements of the applicable legislation.

Dosage
- Sea salt is applied in the same way as other pool salts and is suitable for all types of our in-ground pools, provided a salt chlorinator is used.
- Before use in the pool, first dissolve the salt in a separate container of water. Then pour the salt solution evenly over the pool surface and enjoy swimming with a real taste of the sea right away.
- The optimal salt concentration in the pool is in the range of 2.5 kg - 4.5 kg per 1 m3 of water. The exact ratio is determined primarily by the type of salt chlorinator you use to disinfect the pool water. In this case, always follow the instructions for your chlorinator.
- At the start of the pool season, it is recommended to use 25 kg of sea salt for 5 - 8 m3 of pool water. Once the salt level drops below the optimal concentration, the chlorinator output decreases. In this case, it is advisable to top up the salt.
