This highly efficient self-priming pump with exceptionally quiet operation (53 - 64 dBA) is equipped with a built-in high-capacity prefilter, whose design significantly increases filtration capacity and minimizes maintenance caused by clogging. The unit is primarily designed for water circulation and filtration in residential pools, but it can also be used to a limited extent in agriculture or industry. Single-phase and three-phase versions are available, with output from 0.5 HP to 3 HP. The pump reliably handles clean or slightly contaminated water, and it can also cope without problems with water containing high levels of chlorine, bromine, chlorine-free PHMB disinfection (polyhexamethylene biguanide), water treated by salt electrolysis, or even seawater. Thanks to its versatile design, it can be permanently installed or used as a portable unit. The pump’s high durability is guaranteed by premium materials. The pump housing and filter basket are made of glass-fiber-reinforced technopolymer, while the diffuser is made of reinforced technopolymer. The transparent prefilter lid is made of chemically resistant polycarbonate, allowing constant monitoring of debris buildup. Tightness is ensured by a mechanical seal made of a combination of carbon, aluminum, NBR rubber, and AISI 316 stainless steel, complemented by NBR O-rings. All standard threaded fasteners and reinforcing rings are also made of corrosion-resistant AISI 316 steel. A major practical advantage is the drain and fill plugs, which can be easily removed and replaced without any tools. The pump is driven by a fully waterproof asynchronous two-pole motor for continuous duty (S1). Its cast aluminum body is protected by an electrophoretic coating that effectively prevents oxidation even in the most aggressive environments. For maximum safety and stability, the single-phase version is equipped with built-in thermal and overcurrent protection, along with a PSC (Permanent Split Capacitor) capacitor safely located directly in the motor terminal box.
