Amcor D950 Electronic Pool Dehumidifier for up to 36 m2
The Amcor D950E is designed to remove air humidity using the heat pump principle. It can maintain the humidity level within a range of 20–80% as required. It removes moisture from the air, prevents condensation on windows and walls, and thus eliminates the cause of mold growth. Dehumidifiers can be used wherever problems with increased air humidity occur, such as in swimming pools, rehabilitation or telecommunications centers, restaurants, hair salons, etc. Dehumidifiers improve air quality by reducing humidity. Under optimal conditions, the Amcor D950E is capable of dehumidifying 77 liters of water per day. Its advantages include easy installation, mobility, and the option to choose between two fan speeds. Condensed water drains away by gravity through the connected hose. All Amcor dehumidifiers are equipped with dust filters and automatic defrosting. The unit can be placed in a space with a minimum size of 15 m2.
The D950E dehumidifier is a modern unit that will impress you not only with its appearance, but also with its excellent specifications. It is designed for floor standing or wall mounting. The dehumidifier features digital humidity setting with digital display of the actual humidity and a two-speed fan. It can be supplemented with an external humidistat and speed switch. The louvers through which the dehumidified air flows are adjustable. The unit is equipped with a power indicator. Thanks to its attractive appearance, it also fits into the most luxurious environments. The operating principle is as follows: the dehumidifier draws in warm humid air, from which it removes water by condensation on a cold surface, and the water then drains away. It then heats the air and blows it back into the room with the fan as dry air that is 5 °C warmer. Dehumidifiers are very energy-efficient, as just 1 kW of electrical energy produces up to 3 kW of heat energy.

Dehumidifier Controls
There are three buttons for operating the unit. The right red button turns the unit on and off.
The middle blue button is used to set the desired humidity level. The value is displayed by LEDs at the top of the panel, and you can choose between 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, or continuous operation (marked by the CNT LED).
The left blue button is used to change the fan speed – to a lower speed (LO) or a higher speed (HI).
The digital display located in the center of the control panel continuously shows the current humidity level in the room.
Placement of the Amcor D950E Dehumidifier
The unit can either be placed on the floor or mounted on the wall using the
included accessories. The mounting rail is used for wall installation and is
screwed to the wall through 7 holes. Once the rail is secured, the dehumidifier is mounted onto it.
On the lower part of the back side of the dehumidifier there are 2 rubber pads
to protect both the unit and the wall.

Why a Pool Dehumidifier?
A pool dehumidifier is an important part of indoor swimming pools and is used to reduce humidity in indoor pool areas. High humidity causes damage to building structures and leads to mold in the interior. The most important parameters for selecting a pool dehumidifier are the water surface area of the pool and the air volume of the space to be dehumidified.
For proper use of a pool dehumidifier, two main rules should be followed: The air temperature in the pool hall should be 2 °C higher than the water temperature in the pool (e.g.: air 30 °C, water 28°C). When the pool is not in use, the pool surface should be covered (slatted cover, solar bubble cover, etc.)
