Oase AquaActiv PondLith 2.5 kg - filter media

PondLith is a natural filter medium based on zeolite. The zeolite is completely natural and has a grain size of 5 to 10 mm. The fine pores and channels of the natural minerals bind pollutants, especially ammonium. Beneficial microorganisms make use of this and, in addition to adsorption, support the bacterial breakdown of nitrogen compounds. PondLith therefore offers ideal support for filters during the start-up phase and deprives algae of important nutrients. Depending on the load, the effective period is approximately 125 days.
