The Minisalt NPS salt chlorinator is a modern device designed for automatic pool water disinfection using salt, ideal for smaller pools. It works on the principle of electrolytic decomposition of salt added to the water, creating active chlorine. This system uses reverse polarity switching of the electrodes, preventing limescale buildup and extending the life of the cell. Chlorine output is adapted to the size of smaller pools, with a maximum production of approximately 4 g of chlorine per hour, ensuring sufficient disinfection during regular operation. Control and Signaling of the Minisalt NPS Salt Chlorinator
The chlorinator is adjusted using two buttons located to the right of the display. The upper button sets the chlorinator output, with values from 0 to 10 shown on the display. The lower button confirms and saves the selected value. To the left of the display there are two indicator LEDs. The green LED indicates that the chlorinator is operating correctly. If the red LED lights up and code A1 appears on the display, it means the device has detected an error and requires inspection.
