The DMX control system (Digital MultipleXed) is a communication protocol used to control lighting. It offers a convenient, high-quality, and reliable LED lighting control system. This type of lighting control is especially suitable for group lighting control.
The module acts as an intermediary between the control unit and the lighting fixtures themselves. Each light is assigned DMX channels that determine which parameter will be controlled — for example, light intensity, color, temperature, or other special effects.
The advantage of DMX modules is that they can control a large number of devices using a single data cable. Typically, one DMX line can contain up to 512 channels, with each channel representing one specific parameter.
