The Blue Lagoon ionizer is designed for pools up to 120 m3. The Blue Lagoon system works on the principle of electrolysis, where an electric current passes between two electrodes installed in a housing before the filtration system. The electrodes are made of three metals: copper, zinc, and silver, whose ions dissolve into the water and disinfect it. Copper is used to destroy algae and most bacteria, especially in industrial applications. Algae, as single-celled organisms, are destroyed as soon as they are surrounded by a copper sulfate solution. This means that copper eliminates all algae in the water. Thanks to the use of the ionizer, chlorine consumption can be reduced by up to 80%. It prevents chlorine odor and irritation of the skin and eyes. We recommend using this device in combination with a UV-C unit for the best possible results. Thanks to the Blue Lagoon ionizer, your pool water will be effectively and safely disinfected, and the quality of your water will remain excellent.

Ionizer Control
Setup is very simple. Pressing the plus and minus buttons increases or decreases the output.
The display always shows the current output from 0 to 99. The copper content in the pool should be between 0.5 and 0.7 ppm.
This can be checked using test strips.
