SMART Digital DDA is a compact positive-displacement diaphragm dosing pump with a stepper motor and intelligent control electronics with minimal power consumption. This motorized diaphragm dosing pump is suitable for use in pools with a volume of up to 800 m3 or where the system pressure is higher than 1 bar. The Teflon diaphragm and Viton body with a ceramic valve allow aggressive pool chemicals to be pumped. It can be easily mounted on a chemical drum. Pumps in the Smart Digital Dosing range operate at full stroke length to ensure optimal accuracy, priming, and suction, even when handling highly viscous liquids. Simple and precise dosing output adjustment from 0.1% to 100% using a rotary knob.
The DDE dosing pump is a self-priming diaphragm pump. It consists of a body with a stepper motor, control electronics, and a dosing head with a working diaphragm and valves. The pump is supplied including a mounting plate. The mounting plate can be installed in a vertical position, e.g. on a wall, or in a horizontal position, e.g. on a tank. For quick and secure fastening of the pump to the base plate, only a few steps are needed using the locking mechanism. The pump can then be easily removed from the mounting plate, e.g. for maintenance.
The dosing head consists of:
- PTFE diaphragm with long service life and universal chemical resistance
- double ball valves for high dosing accuracy
- bleed valve for easy commissioning
