AFM Activated Filter Media is a direct replacement for filter sand. It doubles the efficiency of the existing filtration system without the need for additional investment. AFM resists biological contamination and lasts throughout the filtration system’s service life. Self-sterilizing surface: When in contact with water flowing through the filter, a small amount of free radicals is formed on the surface of the grains.
