The description and understanding of the technology for cleaning drinking water as well as wastewater using diamond electrodes has only become known in recent years. Boron-doped diamond creates a conductive layer for the formation of short-lived hydroxyl radicals, which, upon contact with organic impurities, oxidize into carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O). Excess hydroxyl radicals are stabilized as secondary particles, and when they react with water or soda, active oxygen is formed. The resulting percarbonates and peroxides ensure gentle disinfection of the pool water, thereby preventing the formation of unwanted microorganisms and pathogens.
AD Flock reliably removes organic impurities and phosphates through precipitation and flocculation, thereby eliminating cloudiness or deposits.
