Gensalt iQ 12 is a salt chlorinator for saltwater treatment with IPX5 protection and a maximum chlorine output of 12 g/h for private pools up to 50 m3. Easy to use thanks to an innovative user interface focused on essential information, while still allowing access to all setup details via touch buttons. Control it anytime, anywhere with the Fluidra Pool app thanks to the built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection.
Its robust and compact design is suitable for all types of pools. The patented Quick Fix system is easy to install, with a long-life electrode that can be easily inspected.
After installing the salt electrolysis system, a certain amount of salt must be dissolved in the water. The salt electrolysis system consists of two elements: the electrolysis cell and the control unit.Benefits:

Pool balance
Maintain the following water parameters:
- Total alkalinity in the range of 80 to 150 mg/l (ppm)
- pH between 7.2 and 7.6
- Free chlorine between 0.5 and 2 mg/l (ppm)
- Chlorine stabilizer 25-30 mg/l (ppm). In pools with strong sunlight or intensive use, it is recommended to maintain the stabilizer level at 25 - 30 mg/l (isocyanuric acid)
