  • Cepex PVC-U Adhesive - with Brush 250 ml

    Adhesive for bonding PVC-U pipes and fittings. Especially suitable for pools, hot tubs, and applications in humid conditions. The package includes a brush for quick and easy use. Before bonding, we recommend cleaning the bonded surfaces with a cleaner. A perfect bond is guaranteed with Cepex PVC solvent.

    Instructions for Use

    Shake the Cepex adhesive thoroughly before use. Using the brush, apply a continuous and even layer of adhesive in the longitudinal direction to both cleaned and dry surfaces (apply a thinner layer on the socket and a thicker layer at the end of the pipe). Insert the pipes and fitting all the way in without twisting the bonded parts, and hold for a few seconds. The bonded parts must be inserted within 4 minutes from the start of adhesive application. Temperatures above +25 °C or a thinner layer of adhesive shorten the open working time.

    • For joining flexible PVC-U and ABS pipes and fittings
    • Suitable for piping systems according to EN14814
    • Suitable for diameters ≤ 160 mm
    • PVC max. 16.0 bar MPa (PN 16) and for ABS 5.0 bar (PN 5)
    • Store the adhesive at temperatures from +5 °C to +25 °C
