Cepex PVC Glue in Tube 125 ml
Adhesive for bonding PVC pipes and fittings. Especially suitable for pools, hot tubs, and applications in damp conditions. The package includes a brush for quick and easy application. Before bonding, we recommend cleaning the bonded surfaces with a cleaner. A perfect bond is guaranteed with Cepex PVC solvent.
Instructions for Use
Shake the Cepex adhesive thoroughly before use. Using the brush, apply a continuous and even layer of adhesive in a longitudinal direction to both cleaned and dry surfaces (apply a thinner layer at the socket and a thicker layer at the end of the pipe). Insert the pipes and fitting all the way in without twisting the bonded parts, and hold for a few seconds. The bonded parts must be inserted within 4 minutes from the start of adhesive application. Temperatures above +25 °C or a thinner adhesive layer shorten the open working time.

- Suitable for piping systems according to EN14814
- Suitable for diameters ≤ 160 mm
- PVC max. 16.0 bar MPa (PN 16) and for ABS 5.0 bar (PN5)
- Store the adhesive at temperatures from +5 °C to +25 °C
