Astralpool Blue PVC Adhesive - with Brush 1000 ml
Blue adhesive for PVC flexible hoses, rigid PVC pipes, sockets and fittings with tight or loose fit (gap filling) in pressure and drainage systems. Especially suitable for pools, hot tubs and applications in humid conditions. The package includes a brush for quick and easy application. Before bonding, we recommend cleaning the surfaces with a cleaner.
Instructions for Use
Shake the Astralpool adhesive thoroughly before use. Using the brush, apply a continuous and even layer of adhesive lengthwise to both cleaned and dry surfaces (apply a thinner layer at the socket end and a thicker layer at the pipe end). Insert the pipe and fitting all the way in without twisting the bonded parts, and hold for a few seconds. The bonded parts must be joined within 4 minutes from the start of adhesive application. Temperatures above +25 °C or a thinner adhesive layer shorten the open working time.

- PVC max. 16.0 bar MPa (PN 16) and for ABS 5.0 bar (PN5)
- Store the adhesive at temperatures from +5 °C to +25 °C
