Installation Kit for Collector Assembly

A complete set for producing flares from a Kombiflex metal hose. You can now purchase hoses for separate end-fittings assembly yourself. You can make and install them yourself, easily and without any welding or soldering. Once you have the installation kit, nothing stands in the way of producing flexible RS 341 S00 hoses, which are ideal for conveying gaseous and liquid media.

So what does the installation kit include?

The process is very simple

You measure and cut the required length of hose, fit the union nut onto it, and secure the appropriate clamp. Then, using a few strikes with the moving part of the press, you compress the last two corrugations to create a flat flange seat. Next, slide the corresponding locking clamping ring over the compressed corrugations and close it. Finally, simply insert the appropriate gasket into the nuts at both ends of the hose, and the hose is ready for installation. This means you do not have to spend time sourcing individual parts or dealing with complicated assembly - our installation kits provide everything you need in one place.
