  • Winter Expansion Plug for Skimmer - Black

    In winter, the water level in the pool may rise due to frequent rainfall and melting snow. This plug protects the skimmer and then the piping as well from expanding ice. The expansion plug for the skimmer has a 1½" external thread on one side and a 2" external thread on the other side. The plug is 36 cm long. Remove the top cover from the skimmer and take out the basket, which you should store somewhere where you can find it again in spring. Screw the plug into the skimmer and put the cover back on.

    Suitable for:

    • Astral 15 l skimmers
    • Astral 17.5 l skimmers
    • other skimmers with a 1½" or 2" thread and sufficient height to accommodate the plug
