The ORODIAN MD-60 magnetic hard water softener is simply screwed onto the water pipe. A strong magnetic field changes the structure of minerals dissolved in the water, giving hard water the properties of soft water. Magnetically treated water does not form limescale deposits, thereby reducing heating costs and extending the service life of electrical appliances.
The ORODIAN MD-60 softener is suitable for pipes with a diameter of up to 6 cm. Neodymium magnets create an exceptionally strong magnetic field, maximizing the effectiveness of water treatment.
The magnet does not remove anything from the water or add anything to it. The water therefore remains just as “hard” (the calcium content does not change); only its properties change. Magnetically treated water does not form limescale and also dissolves existing limescale deposits in water pipes and electrical appliances.
Orodian water softeners require no maintenance. The magnet does not lose its strength even after years of use, making it a very cost-effective and eco-friendly solution.
No study has yet been conducted to prove that long-term consumption of magnetized water is safe for health. Therefore, we recommend not using the softener for treating drinking water.
