The Aquarius Universal Eco Expert 20000, 12 V fountain pump is a German pump specially developed for swimming ponds where safe 12 V technology is required. It features manual flow or discharge adjustment, can be installed down to -20 °C, and is suitable for both wet installation and dry chamber installation. The intake basket is made of stainless steel. It comes with an adapter for connecting 1" and 1 1/2" fountain nozzles. This is an energy-efficient fountain pump that uses 50% less energy than the previous model. It also includes protection against dry running and pump blockage. The pump is also suitable for long-term use in seawater. The pump is equipped with EFC function - protection against dry running and detection of a blocked rotor, EGC - control via app, and DFC - an optional function for activating a dynamic fountain effect. Energy consumption is reduced by up to 50% compared to previous models. To use the EGC functions, an InScenio EGC Home / Cloud, InScenio FM-Master EGC Home / Cloud, InScenio FM-Master WiFi EGC, or InScenio FM-Master WiFi version 2.0 or newer controller is required.

Pump maintenance
- for long-term satisfaction with your purchased pump, we recommend regular maintenance
- before starting maintenance, always disconnect it from the power outlet
- regularly check the pond pump and intake basket for faults or blockages, at least once a month
- every 2 to 3 months, disassemble the intake cover, unscrew the screws, remove the impeller and carefully take out the rotor; it is only inserted
- clean the individual parts with warm water and remove any limescale deposits if present
- reassemble in reverse order. Do not lift the pump by the power cable
